Store Policies

We will gladly exchange any defective item or download for the exact same title within 30 days from the date of purchase. A restocking fee equal to the cost of shipping will be charged on all items/orders returned for exchange if the item is deemed not defective. 

Due to the nature of the items we carry, we do not accept any returns. 

Shipping Policy: Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated.

Download Policy: If you purchased a downloadable product, you will need to manually download that file from your account after check-out.  You will only be allowed to download (1) file for each quantity of that item you purchased.  If you encounter any challenges during the download process, please contact us via email within 24 hours so we may assist you further.  We will not be responsible for any download issues or file problems that are not reported to us within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
