Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: Where do I find the downloadable files I purchased? A: Please click the "My Downloads" link under the My Account listing at the top of the page. The link will only be available after to sign into your account. You may also click the "Service" link at the top or bottom of the page.
Q: How many times can I download the files I purchased? A: You will be allowed to download each file (1) time unless you purchased additional copies during check-out.
Q: My file didn't download properly. What do I do? A: Please contact us via email at customerservice@hectorlamarque.com within 24 hours. We will attempt to resolve the issue within one business day.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
